Refund policy
We hope you love everything from ShopMKay—but we understand sometimes you need to make a return.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted for store credit only.
- You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
ShopMKay is not responsible for any lost or missing return packages, so please keep your tracking number for your records!
To start a return, please email us at hello@shopmkayboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the return and let you know the next steps.
Once we receive your item and it’s approved, you’ll receive an e-gift card for the total of your returned items (minus original shipping).
Please allow 2–3 business days after we receive your return for your store credit to be issued.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’re so sorry! Please email hello@shopmkayboutique.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
*At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
