SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All orders are shipped via UPS and processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.

Shipping Options

  • UPS® Ground – standard delivery (1–5 business days)
  • UPS® 3 Day Select – guaranteed 3 business days
  • UPS® 2nd Day Air – 2 business days

UPS Ground is charged on every order unless your cart total is $200+ before tax/discounts—then it ships FREE via UPS Ground.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the service you choose and your location. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order is submitted.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed.
  • ShopMKay is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
  • Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting UPS directly to file a claim regarding your shipment.
  • Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on your location, selected shipping method, and our 1–2 day processing time.
